In light of the above trends of the 9 types of violent offenses, the Special Article in Part 5 will provide materials necessary for future measures, by analyzing the details of the trends and comparing them with the trends of homicide.
  Following this chapter, the Special Article in Part 5 will review the trends of homicide and the 9 types of violent offenses in the order in accordance with the flow of criminal procedure as follows: "Chapter 2 Trend in Report and Clearance"; "Chapter 3 Trend in Prosecution and Trial"; "Chapter 4 Trend in Correction and Rehabilitation". "Chapter 5 Conclusion" will sum up and evaluate the causes of the increase in the 9 types of violent offenses and backgrounds thereof as well as the trends of homicide.
