Section 3 Medical Care and Treatment System for Insane Persons, etc.
The medical care and treatment system for insane persons, etc. aims to improve the mental condition of those who have caused a serious case while suffering from insanity and prevent the recurrence of any such case associated with their mental condition by providing consistent and appropriate medical care and observations/guidance necessary in securing medical care for them, and thereby facilitating their reintegration back into society. The system was implemented in July 15, 2005 and the flow of the procedure used is as given in Fig. 4-5-3-1.
