1 Final judgments
Table 2-3-2-1 shows the number of persons finally disposed in a court of first instance by type of offense and judgment in 2009. By type of offense theft was the largest in number at 11,814 (18.2%), followed by Stimulants Control Act violations at 10,277 (15.9%), violations of road traffic related acts at 8,479 (13.1%), and negligence in vehicle driving / negligence in the pursuit of social activities causing death or injury at 5,648 (8.7%). In summary courts, theft was the largest in number at 8,679 (83.6%), followed by injury at 271 (2.6%), breaking into a residence at 247 (2.4%), and violations of road traffic related acts at 195 (1.9%).
