4 Compensation for juvenile cases

  The Law Concerning Compensation for Juvenile Cases(effective from September1992)provides that compensation shall be paid to juveniles placed under physical restraint such as commitment to juvenile classification homes or juvenile training schools, etc. , in amounts corresponding to the number of days of such restriction, when they have received adjudications for dismissal after a hearing, cancellation of protective measures, etc. , due to a lack of reasonable grounds for finding delinquency.
  The payment of compensation under the law between1994and1998,is summarized in Table III-3.
