Chapter 2 Prosecution
Table 5-2-1 shows the number of prosecuted persons (excluding those prosecuted for negligent driving causing death or injury or road traffic-related violations; the same applies in this Chapter) who have a previous conviction (the penalty of the previous conviction was a fine or heavier) and ratio thereof among total prosecuted persons, by the types of offenses for which they were prosecuted.
