White paper on crime 2012 Part3/Chapter2/Section5/4
Fig. 3-2-5-7 shows the percent distribution of juvenile probationers and juvenile training school parolees whose probation/parole supervision terminated in 2011 by reason for termination. The proportion of juvenile probationers whose probation terminated because of discharge as good-conduct measures was 77.1% and that because of revocation of protective measures (refers to revocation of the former measures because of new measures due to repeat delinquencies/offenses) 14.4%. The percentage of juvenile training school parolees who were discharged from juvenile training schools as good-conduct measures was 19.9%, that of those who had their protective measures revoked as bad-conduct measures 13.8% and that of those recommitted as bad-conduct measures 0.4%.
Next, Fig. 3-2-5-8 shows the percent distribution of juvenile probationers/juvenile training school parolees whose probation/parole supervision terminated in 2011 by reason for termination and their educational/employment status at the time of termination of their probation/parole supervision. The proportion of juvenile probationers/juvenile training school parolees whose probation/parole supervision terminated by a revocation of the protective measures was remarkably higher with those who were unemployed than with those who were employed or were students/pupils.
