4 Speedy trial procedure
Table 2-3-2-6 shows the number of persons involved in cases tried by a speedy trial procedure by type of offense in 2011. The number of persons involved in cases in which a ruling that the case was to be tried by a speedy trial procedure was revoked was six in district courts and none in summary courts (Source: Annual Report of Judicial Statistics).
