Fig. 4-3-3-5 shows the number of probationers/parolees for Stimulants Control Act violations newly placed under probation/parole supervision over the last 20 years. The number was a decreasing trend from 2005 with parolees and since 2001 with probationers. The probation rate for Stimulants Control Act violations was 21.0% in 1991, but subsequently was generally declining, and was 10.9% in 2010.
Of probationers/parolees whose probation/parole supervision was terminated in 2010, the percentages of those terminated because of revocation of probation/parole supervision were 3.6% and 33.4%, respectively.
