4 Speedy trial procedure
Table 2-3-2-6 shows the number of persons involved in cases brought to a speedy trial procedure by type of offense in 2010. The number of persons involved in cases in which a decision for a speedy trial procedure was revoked was 18 in district courts and two in summary courts (Source: Annual Report of Judicial Statistics).
