Section 3 Summary Trial Procedure
Table 2-3-3-1 shows the number of persons finally disposed through summary trial procedure by type of offense and judgment in 2009. By type of offense violations of road traffic related acts (73.8%) and negligence in vehicle driving / negligence in the pursuit of social activities causing death or injury (14.0%) accounted for the majority.
