4 Speedy trial procedure
Table 2-3-2-6 shows the number of persons involved in cases brought to a speedy trial procedure by type of offense in 2009. The number of persons in cases in which a decision for a speedy trial procedure was revoked was 36 in district courts and five in summary courts.
