3 Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act violations Fig. 3-3-1-5 shows the number of persons referred for Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act violations over the last 30 years.The number remained within the range of 30 thousands throughout 1980 to 1984 and was then generally on a decreasing trend, remaining below 10,000 from 1996.
