2 Juvenile delinquents
(1) Juvenile offenders (juveniles that committed 1-(1));
(2) Juveniles of illegal behavior (juveniles that committed 1-(2)); and
(3) Pre-delinquents (juveniles with behavior 1-(3))
In this chapter, persons under 20 years of age are treated as juveniles even when reference is made to trends in juvenile delinquency before the enforcement of the current Juvenile Act (January 1949).
