Section 3 Summary Trial Procedure
Table 2-3-3-1 shows the sentencing in a summary trial procedure by type of offense in 2010. By type of offense, violations of road traffic related acts (72.5%) and negligence in vehicle driving/negligence in the pursuit of social activities causing death or injury (14.5%) accounted for the majority.
