Section 5  Treatment of Juvenile Inmates

  Juvenile inmates serve their sentences either at a juvenile training school (limited to those younger than 16) or a segregated area of a penal institution. Juvenile inmates are mainly accommodated in juvenile prisons. Seven juvenile prisons have been established nationwide as of April 1, 2009.
