4 Provision of information in regard to the release, etc. of inmates The Ministry of Justice has been providing information on inmates, etc. who committed certain offenses to the National Police Agency as part of a cooperative effort to ensure the police can prevent offenses and rapidly respond if an offense is committed (See (1) of Subsection 4, Section 1, Chapter 4, Part 7). |
