For each juvenile prisoner, investigation on personal history and characteristics is conducted to establish treatment guidelines with goals for each of the introduction stage, development stage and generalization stage. Based on such guidelines, tasks, improvement guidance, and education instructions are implemented.
  As of December 31, 2005, 63 juveniles are imprisoned including five females (Source: Annual Report of Statistics on Correction).
