2 Disposition by public prosecutors offices Table 1-3-3-5 shows the numbers of persons finally disposed by public prosecutors in 2005 for high-technology offenses (limited to those whose statistics by type of offense are available).
The number of persons finally disposed was large for false entries and use of the electromagnetic original of notarized deeds, offenses of unauthorized creation of an electromagnetic record of payment card, and Unauthorized Computer Access Act violations.
