  Table 1-3-2-7 shows the number of persons prosecuted or not prosecuted by public prosecutors over the last five years for violations of the Investment Act and Loan Business Control Act.
  In 2005, 445 persons prosecuted were indicted and 153 were put on summary trial procedures for Investment Act violations, and 213 prosecuted were indicted and 77 were put on summary trial procedures for Loan Business Control Act violations (Source: Annual Report of Statistics on Prosecution).
