Fig.4-2-4-1 shows the number of juveniles finally disposed by family courts for pre-delinquency and the female proportion in pre-delinquents since1969(see Appendix4-7 ).
  Looking at the percent distribution of pre-delinquents by age group(age at the time of offenses)in2004,junior juveniles accounted for the largest share with46.0%for males and56.6%for females,followed by intermediate juveniles with26.4%for males and34.6%for females.Senior juveniles accounted for15.2%for males and3.3%for females,and those under14years of age accounted for11.5%for males and5.4%for females(Source:Annual Report of Judicial Reports).
