2 Previously convicted persons among offenders cleared for non-traffic penal code offenses

  Fig.1-4-6-2 shows the number of persons previously convicted(those previously sentenced for their offenses excluding Road Traffic Law violations by final judgment;hereinafter the same in this subsection)among the adults cleared for non-traffic penal code offenses,and their proportion to all persons cleared,over the last10years.Those with one previous conviction have increased significantly,accounting for38.4%of all previously convicted persons in2004.

  Table1-4-6-3 shows the number of persons previously convicted and of those with the previous convictions for the same type of offense,among the adults cleared for non-traffic penal code offenses by type of major offense in2004.
