Section2 Principal Special Law Offenses

  In this Section,we will exclude examination of those special law offenses to be described in later sections,such as traffic offenses(Chapter3,Section1of this Part),drug offenses(Section2(id.)),financial and economic offenses(Section3(id.)),election-related offenses(Section4(id.)),and offenses by foreign nationals(Chapter4,Section2"Offenses by Foreign Nationals"of this Part),but examine violations of the following laws,for which the number of persons newly received by public prosecutors offices has been relatively large,such as the Minor Offenses Law(Law No.39of1948),Wastes Disposal Law,Firearms and Swords Control Law,Adult Entertainment Law,Anti-Prostitution Law(Law No.118of1956),Horse Racing Law(Law No.158of1948)/Bicycle Racing Law(Law No.209of1948)/Motorboat Racing Law(Law No.242of1951),and Marine Pollution Prevention Law.Also,we will examine violations of the Child Welfare Law(Law No.164of1947),Law against Child Prostitution and Pornography,Youth Protection Ordinance,Labor Standard Law(Law No.49of1947),Industrial Safety and Health Law(Law No.57of1972),and the following newly established laws,such as the Law Concerning the Control of Stalking or the Like(Anti Stalking Law:Law No.81of2000),Law for the Prevention of Spousal Violence and the Protection of Victims(DV Prevention Law:Law No.31of2001),and Law concerning Prohibition of Carrying Special Unlocking Tools(see Appendix1-4 ).
