  Persons newly received for violations of road traffic related laws(excluding those for non-penal offenses who have paid non-penal fines)accounted for87.6%of the total persons newly received for special law offenses and for34.9%of the total persons newly received by public prosecutors offices.
  Fig.1-2-1-1 shows the trend in persons newly received by public prosecutors offices since1949for special law offenses.
