Fig. IV-5 shows the prosecution rate for Stimulant Drug Control Law, Narcotics Control Law and Cannabis Control Law violations over the last10years(see Appendix IV-2 ).
  The rate for Stimulant Drug Control Law violations has constantly stayed within the upper80%range.
  The rate for Narcotics Control Law violations has moved within the60%and70%ranges with some fluctuation. As regards Cannabis Control Law violation, the rate has stayed within the50%and60%ranges.
