Section 5 Treatment in Women's Guidance Homes Women aged 20 or over who are prosecuted for violating Article 5 of the Anti-Prostitution Law(acts of soliciting or entertaining customers, or loitering in public places with a view to soliciting, for purposes of prostitution using methods that come under public attention)may be given custodial guidance sentences if a court suspends the execution of imprisonment. Women given custodial guidance sentences are normally accommodated in women's guidance homes. However, there have been no new admissions since 1992, with the sole exception of 1 in 1995.
