7 Ordinance violations

  Fig. I-18 shows trends in the number of persons newly received by public prosecutors'offices for ordinance violations over the last ten years.
  The number for violations of ordinances for the protection and upbringing of young people had been in an increasing trend since 1993, but fell by more than 100 persons in 1999 compared to the previous year. The number for public security ordinance violations has been on a par between around 10 and 20 since 1990, with the exception of 1997.
