Section 2 Prosecution
Table 4-1-2-1 shows the number and the ratio of persons who have previous conviction (the penalty of the previous conviction was a fine or heavier) among total persons prosecuted, by their procedural status (under suspension of execution of the previous sentence, on probation, on parole, or on bail) at the time of the offense and by the types of offense for which they were prosecuted.
