Section 3 Summary Trial Procedure
Table 2-3-3-1 shows the sentencing in a summary trial procedure by type of offense in 2011. Violations of road traffic related acts (71.4%) and negligence in vehicle driving/negligence in the pursuit of social activities causing death or injury (14.9%) accounted for the majority.
