Section 2 Attitude toward Life, etc. of Juvenile Delinquents/Young Offenders

This section analyzes the characteristics of the results of the survey with regard to the areas of self-awareness, moral awareness, etc., degree of satisfaction with relationships with friends, understanding of parents’ attitudes toward them, degree of satisfaction with family life, attitude toward school life, attitude toward work, attitude toward their community, and degree of satisfaction with society. In this analysis, in addition to the comparison by history of protective measures, a comparison with the results of the World Youth Awareness Survey conducted by the Management and Coordination Agency and the Cabinet Office (note, however, that no exact comparison can be made because the subjects of this survey were males and females aged 18-24 and the year of the survey and the methods are different) was made where possible.
