3 Correction

  Fig. 3-3-3-3 shows the percent distribution of new inmates for Stimulants Control Act violations in 2008 by age group.
  Although those aged 30-49 accounted for about 70%, the proportion of groups of a younger age was generally higher among females than males.

  Inmates with drug dependency are provided with guidance for overcoming drug addiction (prompting them to think about concrete ways to avoid using drugs again based on an understanding of their own problems with regard to drug use, etc.) at penal institutions as part of special guidance for reform (See (2) of Subsection 3, Section 3, Chapter 4, Part 2).
