1 Defendants with a final judgment

  Table 2-3-1-1 shows the number of persons finally judged in the entire cases (over the last 10 years).
  The total number of defendants finally judged has been decreasing through the last 10 years since 2000 and was 615,389 (down by 16.6% from the previous year) in 2007. The number of persons who were found not guilty in 2007 was 117, and accounted for 0.02% of the total number of persons finally judged.
