Section 4  Relationship between Victims and Suspects

  Fig. 5-1-4-1 shows the percent ratio of cleared major offenses in 2005, according to whether or not the offender was an acquaintance of the victim (excluding cases where it was confirmed as a result of investigation that the act in question did not constitute a crime or that the conditions for prosecution or punishment were not satisfied).
