We have analyzed the present situation of serious juvenile offenders after enforcement of the Amended Juvenile Law,and made a longitudinal study,in line with the flow of treatment proceedings for juvenile offenders(trial,treatment at correctional institutions,and probationary supervision).The following is the summary of the results.
