  Juvenile training school instructors who are directly engaged in the treatment of juvenile delinquents observe changes in the attributes of recent juvenile delinquents and are aware that their treatment has become even more difficult.As a result of the Survey of Juvenile Training School Instructors,it is pointed out that family problems such as parents'ability for leadership and family relationships have become more serious,as well as the problem of juveniles'attributes.
  Juveniles'own problems and their families'problems were ranked high as the cause of delinquency also in the Survey of Juvenile Delinquents and the Survey of Guardians.In contrast,friends'problems,which were ranked second in these two surveys,were ranked low at sixth place in the Survey of Juvenile Training School Instructors.This is because juvenile training school instructors are apt to think that friends'problems are caused by delinquents'own problems in attributes,such as lacking in interpersonal skills.
  However,for the successful rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents after their social reintegration,it is significant for them to break away from bad company and to adapt themselves into schools,workplaces,and local communities.Therefore,we will look at the awareness of juvenile training school instructors concerning not only delinquents'attributes and family relationships,but also their friends and relationships with local communities.
