Chapter3 Qualitative Analysis of Juvenile Delinquents Issues of juvenile delinquency are roughly divided into quantitative aspects,such as trends in the number of juveniles cleared for penal code offenses,and qualitative aspects,such as disposition of juvenile delinquents,family relationships that make problems even more complicated and diversified,and treatment that has become more and more difficult. In order to analyze recent juvenile delinquents qualitatively,the Research and Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice conducted an attitude survey of juvenile delinquents(hereinafter referred to as the"Survey of Juvenile Delinquents"),an attitude survey of guardians of juvenile delinquents(hereinafter referred to as the"Survey of Guardians"),and a survey of juvenile training school instructors(hereinafter referred to as"juvenile training school instructors"in this Chapter)on awareness of recent juvenile delinquents(hereinafter referred to as the"Survey of Juvenile Training School Instructors")Based on the results,the following are the points to remember in the treatment of recent juvenile delinquents.
