  Table1-3-3-7 shows the number of persons prosecuted or not prosecuted by public prosecutors over the last five years for violations of the Investment Law and Loan Business Control Law.
  In2004,600persons prosecuted were indicted and253were put on summary trial procedures for Investment Law violations,and194prosecuted were indicted and113were put on summary trial procedures for Loan Business Control Law violations(Source:Annual Report of Statistics on Prosecution).
