Section 6 Treatment in Women's Guidance Homes Women aged 20 years or over who are prosecuted for violating Article 5 of the Anti-Prostitution Law (acts of soliciting or entertaining customers, or loitering in public places with a view to soliciting, for the purpose of prostitution, using methods that come under public attention) may be given the guidance disposition if a court suspends the execution of imprisonment. Women given the guidance disposition are normally accommodated in women's guidance homes. However, nobody has been newly admitted since 1992,with the sole exception of 1 in 1995.
