Table I-26 shows the trends in the number of intra-group strife incidents in the last five years. No fatal incidents had occurred since 1 person was killed in 1996. However, due to the intensified internal conflicts for the initiative in Kakurokyo, there were intra-group incidents resulting in the deaths of 3 persons in 1999 and 4 persons in 2000.
