Fig. 3-1-1-1 [1] shows the numbers and rates per population of juveniles (including juvenile offenders under 14 who are guided by the police; hereinafter the same in this Section, unless specified otherwise) and adults cleared for Penal Code offenses, Dangerous driving causing death or injury and Negligent driving offenses causing death or injury (See Appendix 3-1).
Fig. 3-1-1-1 [2] shows the respective numbers and rates for those cleared for non-traffic Penal Code offenses (See Appendix 3-2 for numbers and rate per population by age groups.).
