   Countermeasures against international crime have become very important amidst the strengthening of international ties in society and the economy, and the activation of an international flow of human resources, materials, money, information, etc. International cooperation in criminal justice system and its management has been promoted in various international conferences including the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as the “U.N.”), and the summit of the Group of Eight major powers (G8 summit).
