In order to ensure confiscation of crime proceeds and further enhance protection of crime victims, the Act for Partial Amendment to the Act against Organized Crime (Act No. 86 of 2006) and the Act on Payment of Benefits for Recovery from Damage by Crime Damage Property, etc. (Act No. 87 of 2006) were enacted on June 13, 2006 (see Part 6, Chapter 3, Section 3, 7).
