2 Violations of the Child Welfare Act, etc.

  Fig. 1-2-2-2 shows the number of persons newly received by public prosecutors offices for violations of the Child Welfare Act (Act No. 164 of 1947), Act against Child Prostitution and Pornography, and Youth Protection Ordinance, over the last 10 years (See Appendix 1-4).
  Those numbers all have been on a rise recently.
